Return & Exchange Policy

What should I do if I received a damaged item? Can I return/exchange my order(s)?

For defective and incorrect items, we have a 7 days exchange policy upon receipt of order, subject to the following terms and conditions:

  • Item must be in its original purchase condition; product must be unwashed, unused, unmarked and not defaced in any manner.

  • Items purchased as part of a set or a multi-item pack must be returned as a whole set.

  • This return policy does not apply to items, which have been stated as Non-exchangeable or Non-returnable

For returns/exchange, please email us at sales@nordichome.asia with an image of the faulty item together with the following:

  • Image of Item with the packaging and your packing list showing your order and/or tracking number

  • Name of the item

  • Order Number

Our support team will be in touched with you within 3-5 working days.

It is important that all returned items must meet the requirements above. Returned/exchanged items that do not meet these criteria will not be entertained.

Refund is only applicable if item is out of stock.

For which reasons can I return/exchange an item?

You may return/exchange your items for the following reasons:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Goods delivered do not fit the product description

  • Wrong item delivered

  • Missing parts

How to return/exchange my order(s)?

It is important that all returned/exchanged items must meet the requirements above.

Returned/exchanged items that do not meet these criteria will not be entertained.

For returns/exchange, please email us at sales@nordichome.asia or contact our live chat agent with an image of the faulty item together with the following within 7 days upon receipt of order:

  • Image of item with the packaging and your packing list showing your order and/or tracking number

  • Name of the item

  • Order Number

Our support team will be in touched with you within 3-5 working days.

Can I cancel my order(s) after payment?

Please note that we do not entertain any cancellations once the order is paid and confirmed.

What if my order(s) is out of stock?

Our support team will notify you via phone call or email should your order(s) is out of stock. A refund will then be issued to the account of your initial payment option within 14 working days.
